Allen is a Partner at Baker Tilly Clock & Co and a member of the firm’s Quality Management and Risk Control Committee, as well as the Accounting, Auditing and Professional Knowledge Committee. He provides audit services for TSEC, OTC-listed, public and private companies, as well as non-profit organizations.

He is primarily responsible for a broad range of professional services, including audit, tax advisory, agreed-upon procedures, special purpose reviews, internal control advisory and implementation and IPO planning, serving TSEC and OTC-listed companies, as well as public and private entities and non-profit organizations.
