Janet is a Partner of Baker Tilly Clock & Co and serves as the Chair of the firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee. She is well-versed in financial, tax and regulatory compliance matters across a wide array of enterprises and institutions.

Janet primarily serves publicly listed companies and a broad range of corporate clients. Her industry experience spans the construction and engineering, manufacturing, renewable energy and consumer and service industries. Throughout her career, she has continuously empowered enterprises with financial statement audits, tax planning and regulatory compliance and provides practical and executable professional advice tailored to industry characteristics, helping enterprises strengthen governance, mitigate risks, and optimize operating performance.

In addition to her professional responsibilities at the firm, Janet has actively participated in the work of professional organizations, including involvement in the Accounting and Auditing Committee of the National Federation of Certified Public Accountants Associations of the R.O.C. Through participation in the discussion and study of accounting and auditing-related issues, she contributes to the advancement of the accounting and auditing profession in Taiwan.
