Chou, Ying-Lai is a Senior Partner of Baker Tilly Clock & Co. He is also a certified securities investment analyst (CSIA) and has served as a member of the Evaluation Committee of the National Federation of Certified Public Accountants Association of the R.O.C.

He is primarily responsible for audit and management consulting services at the firm. He has audited numerous publicly listed companies, private colleges, and state-owned enterprises. In addition, he has been involved in financial advisory services for large-scale BOT projects and the privatization of state-owned enterprises. Additionally, he has participated in financial due diligence and valuation engagements in numerous merger and acquisition transactions.
